The MCMSC is comprised of licensed operators involved in the manufacturing and distribution supply chain of Michigan’s legal marijuana industry. These include growers, processors, secure transporters and safety compliance labs. Currently, MCMSC maintains the confidentiality of its members. The policy ideas that we pursue threaten the status quo and those companies that benefit from exploiting it. As a result, we have chosen to not release a public list of members at this time in order to minimize any potential business disruption.

Now is not the time to stay on the sidelines. Join us, help fight for a stable marketplace. By joining the MCMSC you will provide a voice for sound policy. YOUR voice will be pushed at every level of the State and ultimately, your company will benefit.

We offer four membership options. The general membership which provides you with updates, a voice in our efforts and a vote that the Board of Directors will use to ultimately steer the Coalition in the best direction for the industry. At a rate of $5,000 annually, you will get government affairs assistance above and beyond the price point.

The second option is the ambassador level, with additional communication, support, access to public officials’ and a direct line to the Board of Directors. This option has an annual fee of $10,000.

The third and highest level is a seat on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will have the greatest access to the political action and a vote to steer the direction of the Coalition. A $20,000 annual fee is required to hold a seat as a director and this option offers a quarterly payment plan.

The fourth option is for non-licensed individuals or companies. This is our affiliate membership. Catered to ancillary companies such as linen services, accountants, lawyers, real estate professionals, consultants, and others who regularly work with licensed operators and have an interest in stabilizing the market and ensuring for the timely collection of payment.

As a member of the Michigan Cannabis Market Stability Coalition, you will be in the fight to eliminate the bad actors, steer the rules, amend the legislation and have the ultimate control of your business.
